The Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) executive and legislative authority is limited to what is delegated by the State. In June and July 2023, the BOCC announced an open invitation for Calvert County residents to actively participate in shaping the Maryland legislative agenda by submitting legislative requests. 

Now is the time for the BOCC to present them! Join the BOCC on Tuesday, Oct. 17, at 7 p.m. at the Harriet E. Brown Community Center, located at 901 Dares Beach Road in Prince Frederick, as they present previously submitted requests to our state delegates and senators.
