Notice To Fill Multiple Vacancies on CCDCC
Vacancy Notice - Calvert County Democratic Central Committee has a vacancy for an At Large Central Committee member and a vacancy for a male or non-binary Associate Member.
Due to the resignation of an elected member the Calvert County Democratic Central Committee has a vacancy for an At Large position which is open to female, male and non-binary candidates. If a male or non-binary candidate receives the majority of votes to the fill the At Large vacancy, then the Central Committee will be gender balanced and no other votes will be required. If a female candidate receives the majority of votes to fill the At Large vacancy, then from the remaining candidates the Central Committee will hold 2 more votes for a male or non-binary gender balance members.
Due to the resignation of a male associate member the Central Committee has a vacancy, and this position is open to male or non-binary candidates only.
If male and non-binary candidates would like to be considered for the At Large and Associate Member vacancy, please state that on the application.
To be eligible for either vacancy an individual must be a registered Democrat voter in Calvert County, Maryland.
We would like you to show a history of volunteerism and your ability and enthusiasm to serve your community. We are seeking a leader ready to work and represent all Democrats here in Calvert County. This is an unpaid position. The successful applicants will serve out the remainder of the current term which ends in June 2022.
