March Against Social Injustice
On Monday, June 1 a group of hundreds took to the streets of Prince Frederick to protest against Social Injustice in our communities. We are proud to be a part of a community of compassionate, fierce, and outspoken people standing up for justice and equality from Solomons to Dunkirk and everywhere in between. Calvert County has shown we won’t forget the names of people like George Floyd, Brionna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, Philando Castile, Sandra Bland, Michael Brown Jr., Alton Sterling, Tony McDade, Atatiana Jefferson, and countless more.
