Too Extreme for Calvert County

Calvert County, know who is on your ballot in 2024. We cannot elect right-wing extremist candidates to our board of education. Three of them all endorsed and funded by the shadowy, fair-right, billionaire-funded 1776 Project PAC. There's one candidate who would describe themselves as Q-anon, or what about the one who advocated for harming children as a punishment. Why would we elect someone to run our schools who thinks that schools are only out to indoctrinate students, and even frivolously sued the district?

Calvert County Schools have just been awarded a Top 5 ranking among all districts in Maryland. If we allow candidates to be elected that would rather tear it all down, we are doing a severe disservice to our students, and to the entire county.
